As we move closer to the 2025 season, we reflect on an incredible 2024 and I’d like to take a moment to thank each and every one of our members for making our 150th anniversary celebrations truly unforgettable. From the historic moments on the field to the social events off it, we saw not only a fantastic turnout but also an amazing sense of community that makes Clevedon CC so special. We welcomed many new faces to the club throughout the year, and it was wonderful to see our membership grow and the atmosphere become even more vibrant.

The club is now thriving, especially during the summer months, with the grounds buzzing with activity, friendships forming, and cricket being enjoyed at all levels. It’s a testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone involved—from players to volunteers to supporters—that Clevedon CC is such a hub of activity in the heart of our community.

Looking ahead to 2025, I’m excited to share that the Cricket Committee is working tirelessly to strengthen our club further. We are making sure we’re ready for an even more successful season, with new initiatives and plans in the pipeline. I’d like to thank both Matt Read and Ben Hazeldine, who have been a testament to the club over the past years. Their work has been vital and we wish Tony Donkin and Ian Harrington all the best in their respective roles.
